Moorings must be taken out of the water at the end of the season as per Town of

Brookhaven requirements. Pulls are available at 40 cents per pound and will not be done unless

requested. Due to wear and tear of the mooring tackle during the boating season, plus the added

strain of pulling the mooring…

Ralph’s is not responsible for: 1. Chain breakage

2. Loss of mooring when being pulled

3. Moorings that cannot be located

4. Buoys, lines or pick-up buoys lost

        or damaged when mooring is pulled

We encourage owners to take moorings home. However, winter storage is available at

$45 per mooring. You will be billed for storage if your mooring is NOT picked up within two weeks of notification. We strongly recommend pick-up buoy and lines be taken home before your mooring is pulled. Ralph’s is NOT responsible for any mooring left in our yard.

The moorings are pulled out of the water after boat hauling season ends and are usually all out by Christmas. If you are not notified that your mooring has been pulled, please contact us in January to see if we have it.
